To promote high quality organic products and organic certification in South-East Asia, Organicity organised a workshop ”Discover Quality European Organic with Organicity” at Samplings On The Fourteen Restaurant, Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur last November. The workshop purpose is to support future needs of the Asian markets on international organic certification and technical support for organic food production.

President of Bioagricorp Riccardo Cozzoem emphasised the project aims to educate and encourage consumers on the intrinsic characteristics of organic farming products based on European organic certification. “We also want to highlight quality European Organic Products to importers, distributors, and restaurateurs and promote them in major retail stores.”

Project Manager of Berjaya University College of Hospitality and Chef Jochen Kern together with Chef Federico Michieletto, President of Bocuse d’or Malaysia also prepared some international specialities using the European certified organic products during the workshop.
