INGREDIENTS A
  • 700gm Buitoni Coulis de Tomate
  • 100ml Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pinch Cumin powder
METHOD
  1. Mix Buitoni Coulis de Tomate, garlic and cumin powder together. Blend mixture until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into cooking pot. Add water and stir well.
  3. Continue cooking in low heat until it comes to boil.
  4. Season to taste, garnish soup with celery and it is ready to be served hot.
